On-scene cellphone video shows plainclothes, masked agents wearing tactical vests (yellow lettering visible) working from unmarked vehicles as they detain/arrest a man near a stop sign on Buchanan St in Detroit. Bystander audio alleges agents took the subject's keys and blocked his vehicle. Video appears to be first‑hand footage recorded at the scene.
