Officer: "We're not terrorizing"... Just pepper spraying and hitting people with our cars
On-scene footage (TikTok repost) shows an officer with a 'POLICE / ICE' vest saying "No, we're not terrorizing," arguing about immigration enforcement. Minutes later the same officer/agent appears to spray someone from a vehicle; a person is hit by one of the cars while officers/marked vehicle are present.
