ICE agent impersonates police, tries to enter hospital
Footage recorded outside Jersey City Medical Center shows a man confronted by bystanders who identify him as an ICE agent attempting to enter the ER. Later, Jersey City officers escort a handcuffed/shackled patient in a wheelchair into a van.
