On-scene video: Man (reported pastor) detained and restrained outside Lewiston apartment
On December 23, a respected local pastor was detained by ICE while sitting in the back seat of a vehicle outside an apartment building in Lewiston. During the same incident, another community member was also detained. We do not know where he is.
