Possible law enforcement presence near Restaurant Chapin at Katella Ave (handheld footage)
10:54-55am. I saw at least 4 or 5 officers walking inside the door next to Restaurant Chapin at 3251 Katella Ave Los Alamitos, CA 90720United States. Unsure if ICE or not but didn't look good.
